It's finally summer in southeastern Wisconsin, which means that the temperature went from fifty degrees to eighty-five overnight. Since the summer season is so short here, everything seems to happen at once.
One of the first festivals of the year (our lakefront hosts wonderful celebrations every weekend) was Pridefest, and I'm happy to say that my rainbow-themed jewelry, carried by The Tool Shed, was once again a popular item. I haven't registered for as many events this year, because custom orders are on the rise, and I've been spending most of my time on those. Birthdays, graduations, and weddings meant time working with customers on choosing the designs, metals, and findings for special pieces. Summer is a busy time, but I may still take advantage of some of the weekly local markets, So watch for posts about that. Now get off the computer and go enjoy yourself!

Hi, I'm Hannah Medrow
I spend most of my time weaving metal rings, working with metal or thinking about working with metal. I'm also an occasional activist. I have strong opinions about a lot of things, but mostly I like to share information. Hopefully I will be able to share useful information here. Feel free to chime in if you have something to share.
